How do I return a package?
OUR GUARANTEE: Dustless.com unconditionally guarantees all merchandise. If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return merchandise in new
condition, with its original packaging and accessories for a prompt refund within 30
days of the original ship date.
Components that are not returned with all items intact will result in the issuance of a
prorated credit based on the cost of the missing items.
If you need to return your merchandise for any reason please notify Dustless.com within 30
days of the original ship date. We will contact you to issue an RA #. Please Email the
following information to Info@dustless.com, or call 1-800-757-1836.

reserves the right to refuse any return or to charge a
15% restocking fee on any return that does not meet
these conditions.

For your protection, please insure the package and use a
shipping method that is "traceable" such as UPS, Airborne, DHL, or Federal
Express.
What if I order the wrong
size custom made filter?
Because our custom made filters are constructed from one continuous piece of aluminum, we
can't resize them once they are made.
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen. So if your filter does not fit
properly we will arrange to pick it up, make you a new one in the correct size and ship it
back out to you. We must charge nominal fee of $25 to cover shipping and handling

How do I exchange an item?
Our return center cannot process exchanges. If
you have found another item that you would prefer over one you have already received, we
ask that you place a separate order for the new item and that you return the unwanted
item. Once the returned item has been picked up, a credit will be issued to your account.
Please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. Enclose the slip
in the carton, wrap the package securely, and affix the UPS mailing label you receive when
you notified us of the return.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of Florida. Florida State law
requires that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order. |
